Terms & Conditions
Last updated July 2025. The short version: we do great work, you pay on time, and we both act in good faith.
1. Estimates and payment
Every engagement starts with a fixed, itemized estimate. A 40% deposit reserves your slot; the balance is due on delivery milestones. Late payments beyond 14 days pause active work until resolved.
2. Ownership
On final payment, all finished deliverables — designs, code, copy and assets we created for you — transfer to you in full. We retain the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
3. Revisions
Each phase includes two structured revision rounds. Additional rounds are billed at our standard day rate, agreed in advance.
4. Confidentiality
Anything you share under NDA — or that is plainly sensitive — stays private. The same applies to our internal pricing and process documents.
5. Liability
Our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
